Nice work on the shield too.

And the rock golem is maybe a baby stone giant?

Thanks for the compliment. My wife is quite keen on the shields but I feel like I should have done better.

Great call on the baby Stone-Giant. You see, that is why I post on here... to get feedback and suggestions. Thanks again!

And having read that entry it has me thinking of giants....

The Nine are abroad... any one recognize the maker of the Khamul model? It is resin I think, and originally had an oversized mace before I converted it.

I'm going to borrow that gloss varnish on the eye trick. And now I want to start a Princess Mononoke project!

Thanks guys, always nice to get positive feedback. After so many years since I started painting as a kid it is nice to no longer be embarrassed by my minis.

After almost a year I have finally finished my Thomarillion siege tower that I picked up at Crisis last year. Any suggestions on how I could spruce it up a bit, if you will pardon the pun, are welcome. I thought about trying to make some hides to hang on it.
