Three nasty mortars, well they are firing body parts!!!!
Bought off e-bay. Assembled & basic paint job.
I just did some tidying & tarting up.

Also from e-bay, some Republican Romans.
The previous owner had done quite a nice job,
(that's why I bought them) but seemed to have
lost interest & not finished them.
some repair & tart up work from me & they are
ready to play in a skirmish game...when I paint
up some opposition that is.
The Decurion & standard bearer I added from the
lead pile. In my haste to get the unit off the painting
table I didn't notice the  Lorica Segmentata until too late.
At some stage he will have to be replaced, and yes I
know almost no likelihood that the standard would
be with just 10 legionaries, but I anted an even number
of figures in the 'Unit'.

Ten sestertii for those that noticed Quintus (fifth) was in
the wrong place in the parade. >:(

Some more Alien Flora.
No prizes for guessing  what member of the household
fug up & chewed the root/branch. Hint, it weren't me
or the wife. :D

Thanks Gregor, but the 'Mountain' is still large.
I have decided to NOT study too closely what
still is in it, but to just enjoy my little victories. :)

Really like the Romans - I recently painted some of these - like that each of yours has a name certainly good for skirmish games... so you will be needing some barbarians to take them on... can't wait to see their names...

The obvious opponents would be Carthaginians, but I don't have any
of them in the Lead Mountain. I do have some Celts though, so I
might do them up as Gauls. I am tinkering with the idea oftaking their
names from my collection of Asterix books.  lol lol lol

Nice job on those.
Somewhere I do have some Asterix (Metal Magic ?) figures,
& even ran a silly Christmas game using them.

An Alien Ambassador & his bodyguards.
They are resin prints & I took the option for 'Heroic' scale.
It means they are taller, which I think adds to the Alien look.

Next something for my Sand-Grave games.
Always useful to have something to scare the players.

Also to scare them, a Banshee.
