As building work on the kitchen has all but finished, &
we make progress on emptying the seemingly endless
storage boxes, while finding either a place for things
or adding them to the 'send to Charity shops.
Life, & that includes wargaming 'life' starts to return to
normal (?).
As I clear boxes from the wargames room I am attempting
to finish items off.
First up three army lorries. Bought from a cheap shop for
£1 each. Some work by me, & a lot of Pin Wash detail by
my mate Vodkafan, and here they are, ready for 28mm
African wars.

Thanks David. I hope to add some 28mm African Irregulars (purchased
painted off e-bay, but in need of rebasing & some TLC) also some AFVs
also from e-bay, & also in need of TLC.
One of only twenty or thirty projects on the books.
 lol lol lol

This was a very long, slow burner.
I wanted a Wild west Train for 28mm ever since I parted with my 54mm Timpo one.
Many, I mean MANY years later I now have one.
Origins = Christmas Express sets off e-bay, charity shops & bashed about 'O' gauge
bits at a Die-cast toy fair.
Done now, so on to another task. :)

...and, yes, I do have track. Quite a lot really. Might get around to painting that lot up.

I picked up some painted Gauls/Britons off e-bay.
The usual treatment (repair, replace cast spears with pins, tart up & rebase)
as well as this time finding shields (weapons store duly raided),
now Ladies & Gentlemen I present the...(drum roll)

The Orcals !!!!

I will be working on a Rhodesian farm for Flatpack. It will be next week before I can
start it, but as he was coming over for a game I wanted to give him something.

A little bit of set dressing, a rusting old truck.

Thanks for the rusted old truck, that’ll make a nice bit of scatter to hide behind, although……do you think James could get a few wheels on it, and get it running again ?  lol lol lol
