Looks great for a game of siege / capture the base. Will it be paired with any other battlements or serve as its own standalone piece?

At the moment no plan for anything other than 'Stand alone'.

Cutting down substantially then  :D
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

2019 Painting Challenge :
figures bought: 500+
figures painted: 57
9 vehicles painted
4 terrain pieces scratchbuilt

I would like to answer, 'YES!', but I remember the following quote,

'Dear Lord make my words sweet and reasonable, for one day
I may have to eat them.'

Working on some cheap 25mm Ancients.
The D&D players at the School Club have
been playing with counters, so I am doing
these up on the basis that a figure, even
a old 25mm casting, is better than a counter.
This lot are to provide enough NPCs. I will
trawl through the lead mountain for possible
personality figures, though I am not sure if I
will paint them, or I will get them to paint their
own.

In the same (last) picture are:-
A smashed Dinky car, which will end up as PA scenery, &
Some more Alien flora (Banana stalks again).
Like the figures they are 'On-going'

More 'on-going'
Both will become Alien Scenery.
First comes from chewed dog toys,
the second from 3d printing scaffold.

Yet more 'on-going'.
An attempt to clear some space on the table,
I am pushing on with the Dark Age Fort.
It has had a (first) coat of brown paint.
As I realised that there is no way to get
up to, or down from, the Gate Tower, I
have extended the platform & started
on two ladders.

Some more work on the Fort.
Base has been textured, then first layer of paint applied.

And there always seem to be Banana stalks to turn
into Alien flora. :D
