By the way, the Dung Beetle sign is a real sign!
A reader posted it in the Daily Mail. I cut it out as interesting, then
found it again recently. Thought it would go well with Flatpacks Rhodesian games.

Weird!
I like how you have mounted the sign on those blocks.
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

2019 Painting Challenge :
figures bought: 500+
figures painted: 57
9 vehicles painted
4 terrain pieces scratchbuilt

A ruined Tech Tower.

Useful as a store of useful bits during a Sci-Fi game.

Two Edwardian post boxes that have been sitting on the Shelves of Shame for too long.

Having seen pictures of your LITTLE walker
I don't think it would stand...an earthly chance. lol lol lol

Bought this tiny thing (15mm) years ago with an idea for its use.
In AK47 my tanks (aged T34-85s) break down far too many times.
What they needed, I thought, was Breakdown membership. I like
visual signs on the table, so...I present the RAC trike! :D

Well he is metal & the Tripod is just bits of plastic scrap, so I'd agree. :D

Found an odd, as in on its own, figure. painted her up & another bit done.

Really like that tripod.
A bottle of scotch and two aspirin a day will greatly reduce your awareness of heart disease.

Really like that tripod.

Thanks. Just scrap bits really.
Ball = widget from inside  a beer can (took flipping ages to drain  lol)
Legs = Covid testers (Wot you shoved up yer nose) Testing bit cut off long ago.
Legs pushed into an offcut of foam board, for stability.
Cupola = bit from...well one of my boxes of bits. With a pin for its eye.
Arms = A security tag I picked up off a carpark.

I believe your odd figure (which BTW looks wonderful painted) is Natasha from Pulp Figures "Rugged Adventuresses" pack.

Thanks Syrinx0,  I was thinking she would be good in a Pulp type game. Now I know why. :)

Half a century ago, in the days of ordering by post, line drawings
to show what a figure looked like & paying with Postal Orders.
I sent for some Amazons, part of the Barry Minot range if memory
serves. They arrived. To say the school boy me was not impressed
would have been a gross understatement.

Having (on numerous occasions)  thrown them back into the Lead
Mountain they resurfaced recently.

Current Mantra being, 'Use it or Lose it' I turned them into (maybe
useful) statues.
