I thought your 'stock' was the stuff most of us throw away!?

Have a good day.

Thanks Syrinx0, I did.
Thanks Tarnegol. True, so true. In fact as well as buying new things, the very nice people at Headbunny games
were giving away 3D misprints, so a handful of them have joined the work bench. :D

Handed over the next instalment of German Paratroops to Flatpack (Bob)
for his (fast approaching ?) Crete campaign.
So I can now post pictures of them.

20mm David.  Blooming small buggers. lol

That last base is a rocket launcher!
Bob (Flatpack) found out they had ONE on Crete, so he tracked down someone who makes a model. :o

David, plan is Crete in 20mm using the Rapid fire reloaded campaign book.
Bits are slowly coming together for it.
Pete’s done a great job as normal.

Bob is acquiring things as we speak.
James (Vodkafan) is busy with early war British tanks & their weird camo.
Ian (Westbury) & Dave have painted figures.
HILLS are even being moved! :o
I still have some slit trenches to do (Brits, German & ...empty  lol)

That reminds me of a wargame where the British player withdrew from some slit trenches & started picking them up.
'What are you doing?' he was asked.
'I'm taking them with me' he said.  Obviously went to the Wile E Coyote school of warfare & thought you could roll them up,
stick them under your arm & lay them down a few hundred yards further back. lol lol lol

The scenario was a scaled down Market Garden. My other memory of it was that the player in the role of 30 Core,
the heavily armoured relief force, wanted the Paras to break out, attack the German armour, & rescue him!!!!!  :o :o

Been away for a week. The wife & I took a break on the Welsh Borders.
Lovely weather & it turned into what one of our friends calls an ABC tour.
(Another Bloody Castle)  lol

First off was to be Ludlow. as it was the nearest at only 12 miles.
HOWEVER...
it was shut! :-[ Busy preparing for a food festival.
Did take a few pictures anyway.
The Cannon outside the main gate was captured during the Crimea War.

Had a look around Ludlow town. Some interesting things
including a nice little book shop.
