Cheers all.
Ewan ,these are still with me.
(As is the Dragon and multiple packs worth of Yeomanry and Home Guard. Plus some additional civillians missing from the origanl refugees. Then a series of things you simply didn't know you need :D)
I spoke to Simon and these are to a single section/ ten figure set.Rather than four figure blisters.

On a slightly different note. I've sold the windmill I made .So it won't be showing up on here as no longer a viable model for my table. It simply overpower the whole table.
I'll go back and make the smalll mill rather than rescale a replacement.

Was watching Paul Mertons new series on motorhoming.  They visited the Romney Marsh, Hythe & Dymchurch railway and showed images from the War.

Immediately thought one for you to play with mate!

lol is that the one wherein the cunning plan had forgotten all about clearances on the track. So. They had to stop and stow the AA lewis mounts at every foot bridge and tunnel along the track?

It's very tempting as I've already an armoured train. But it's just not a comfortable fit for the theme.
I still haven't made a locomotive for my existing track. As I used up my spare time knocking up a narrow guage locomotive for his table, instead.
Even more so as I've already got AA rings sculpted( not released as of yet.) I think I've still got one somewhere as I used one on this Pulp vehicle. I've still got a dozen or so Lewis guns cast. Plus I've a Boyes sculpted and cast too. Although these are ment as an optional bit for the Beaverette. Simon said he'd send some over with the Morris 15 cwt. As of yet they've still not arrived. (I suspect a little chunk of life has got in they way of posting them.)
So it's a definite may be. As all the fiddly bits are already in existence. Just not in the same location as me. lol

You have to!

I have to admit though…exactly how long that little train would last if it were targeted is a concern though!

I used to ride on it as a kid, my grandparents used to take me.

Those look great Mark!  :-*

I've seen that truck in a previous post. Was that something 1st Corp is going to release at some point? Or was that a one off?

It looks like the NAAFI caravan that is in the 1stCorps shop with the front end of a van stuck on ... makes an interesting vehicle though

You know that armoured train claimed two aircraft kills right?  One shot down, and one crashed when it attacked the train and got the scale wrong so flew too low…..

I think you're bang on Matt. I believe that's what Mark said he'd done. Looks pretty amazing.

Akula isn't far off the mark. It's a junk build from broken and repurposed castings .Its made from a Naafi van and the front end of the refugees car with the boot hamper plonked on the roof. The spare wheel on the Naafi recycled to the front. As I mentioned before Ten minutes tinkering and a model I've still no clear use for.
