Meledrakh, well done, took me a minute to figure out what was going on, but when I saw it it gave me a good chuckle  lol

Nice Dwarves Melk and love the setting

Gnome - you've done it again with the continued Smog mini's - surreal and brilliant

Serendipitous and generally great to see a matched pair of comical / whimsical entries in the LPL. Well done both  :)

Some time ago I wrote "a damn good story may buy you extra votes" and you know what. ;) There's exactly the right amount of terrain to complete the story too.

Smog is still great. However, I find the basing a bit too spartan here, maybe. I guess it's the general style of this project, but it gets more noticeable with minis which contain detailed base items. :-I

I understand the feedback.

For me it can be a 'difficult' choice how to finish bases for board game minis, esp. those where the scenario boards that are inside houses, on cobbled streets, in rough terrain,.... Choosing one basing style (e.g. cobbles) can "clash' with the boards that are radically different.

Ideally I should rebase on transparant bases (which I did for my Mansions of Madness monsters), but with 170+ miniatures  in one go I found it too daunting (plus the figures and bases are one piece, so a lot of room for damaging the otherwise very decent miniatures). I'll be happy enough if I can finish all of them in a reasonable time with a decent paintjob.

This being said, there will be more Smog coming up, but also 4 non-smog entries.
I like my games like my orange juice: pulpy with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners

Gaming basis are awkward - I'll suffer the same in forthcoming round of Hellboy figures where the bases are plain black.  But I couldn't see anything else suiting
