The small town Bad Oldesloe is located between the cities of Hamburg and Lübeck. Two airports are within 40 minutes cardriving
distance. And we are from the south Danish border 2 hours cardriving distance away.
The location of  the gathering is a youth hostel in the town center next to a river. So gaming, eating and accommodation are in one place.

We specialized in offering different small tabletop games, with a play time around 1 to 2 hours, so that you can play a huge
selection of different games on a weekend.
We also have a workshop/relaxing area for painting and modeling.
For later in the evenings we have a lot of hobby specific card games, board games and COSIMs.

Gathering schedule:

You can arrive on Friday (08/27/10) from 15:00h and deploy your stuff or arrange your gaming table.
Around 20:00h on Friday evening we will all move to a local Greek-restaurant (not in accommodation price included).
After the meal we will start gaming and only stop on Sunday afternoon.

For those who arrived on Friday evening there will be a breakfast buffet on Saturday morning.
On Saturday we will also serve lunch and in the evening we will have barbecue at the river.
On Sunday morning will be a breakfast buffet again.
Beer is all times 

Accommodation variants:

Important: We can only offer to booking variants and we only have room for 50 guests - so booking is on a first comes first serve basis.

Variant One: Accommodation from Friday to Saturday, from Saturday to Sunday
                           including bedlinen in a multi bedroom
                           2x breakfast buffet, 1x Lunch, 1 Barbecue   
                           Price:  49.- Euros   or    43.- GBP  or 365.-DKK or any other currency 

Variant Two: Accommodation from Saturday to Sunday
                           including bedlinen in a multi bedroom
                           1x breakfast buffet, 1x Lunch, 1 Barbecue   
                           Price:  34.- Euros   or    30.- GBP  or 253.-DKK  or any other currency

- in the reference: TST 2010
- your first and second name
- which accommodation variant
- any food allergies (so tat we can arrange something in time)
- if you want to offer a game give us a table size so we can arrange gaming space/tables

After this email you will receive a PAYPAL  invoice and a email confirmation from us.
