I ran my third Warmaster Revolution tournament at Fall In! this past weekend. We had 12 players, with two bailing in the third round. Everyone had a good time and is looking forward to Cold Wars. I also managed to get my Dwarves on bases for it as well.

Warmaster armies always look good. And good to see such a variety, including some with new figures, not just the original GW ones.  I thought the Dwarves were being camera shy, but they put in an appearance at the end.

The samurai army looks particularly impressive.

Do you know why the Empire or DoW army was on such thick sabot bases?

I'll have some updated Dwarf pics this Friday hopefully.

I think John had his stuff on thick movement bases/trays. I've used steel paper to great effect for that, but it's hard to get for cheap.

If you're talking about the purple pikes and green/yellow knights, I've got my Warmaster stuff based on 3mm mdf bases which you can get cheap from the Gale Force 9 booth at various conventions.  It makes it easier to grab the units.
