And a lot more realistic than the 1/50 Solido one.   :)

There was a Spanish company that made one in 1/50 (Combat Company?)but IIRC they went tits up. I think Rich’s version will be much nicer, judging by the previous vehicles in the range.

Currently trying to work out if the grills shoudl be recessed (As I have them here) or flush...  details are sketchy...

Definitely recessed as seen in the top photo.

Of  if you want to do one of the PT-76s that attcked the Ben Het Special Forces camp then you can 'recess' pretty much the entire engine deck.  :D

You might want to think about doing an alternate, early barrel as an option, PT-76's don't seen to have carried much external stowage anyway apart from the occasional photo of fuel drums and the snorkel of course. Very much in the minority but there are photos showing the earlier production models in Vietnam with the straight barrel and slotted muzzle brake.
