Painted up the six models for my Skaven Blitz Bowl team.
I also painted up two others so I could combine it with my Dark Elf Blitz Bowl team (and two gobbos) to have a complete College of Shadow DungeonBowl team.

Thanks, both. I have a full Blood Bowl team to paint in the near future. I might go with different colors, but the same idea...flair with one glove. I like the way it looks here.

All looking great.  If you want an easy way of telling the nobility positionals apart you can change the colour combos of the feathers on their heads.  So with your colour scheme you could leave the linemen/women with 2 white feathers, add a black feather or two (or perhaps black and white feathers) to the bodyguards and maybe have red and black feathers on the blitzer.  It then gives an easy visual clue.

Nice idea. I might also simply color code those feathers wings that come off the shoulders of the three positional players.

One of my future projects is painting up an old school metal BB team. I'm doing an event next year with some buddies and we're bringing out old lead. These older models are smaller than the modern, post-2016, plastic teams. We're going to be using modern rulesets and pitches though, so I need to make a decision. Go with the original 25mm bases, or use the modern 32mm?

Have the model fill out the base, or have the base fill out the space? Thoughts?

While I still ponder the base direction on those metal vampires (leaning toward the smaller bases), I went ahead and painted up columns for the 8, single space blocking terrain pitch in Blitz Bowl. No I have enough terrain types for all 6 official pitch configurations.
