The Marines are a really good looking unit.  A bit steep to build these days, as that APC goes for $79 and up now.

Agreed.  The Galoob APC is a fun and great looking model but the prices on the secondary market are very expensive.  OTOH, I’ll play Devil’s Advocate and suggest that if Aliens is something you really want do, with LEG figures and a Galoob APC, then there are worse ways to spend your hobby money.    I’ve spent more money on other projects that hardly ever saw the light of day.  I win some, I lose some.
