thanks guys,
Splendid start. That’s going to look great.

You’d never want to drop any item of wargames scenery, but you certainly wouldn’t want to drop one made of plaster  :o
I had a ‘Linka’ set many years ago, and made some nice houses. Dropped one of those on the floor once. Shattered to a million pieces. Plaster everywhere.

You take care now! ;)
yeah, might not be too transportable, the pieces are 12mm thick so hardy enough compared to
linka which is 3mm but dropping that would make some mess followed by a quick mess of me by
the wife  ;D ;D

This was not an easy build but finally finished, should have put a porticullis in it
on to designing a tavern before building the other side of the castle frontage

Wow! This is an absolutely stunning project and I love the castle (and its inhabitant) so far.

Do you have any end goal you want to achieve with the project?

Yes end goal is a large town with a town square, a fortified wall around the town, a castle with keep
to start and then smaller buildings to make up streets, then possibly a dock, not sure yet

basically the white buildings are plaster with Hirst Arts and the others are mdf with stripwood
matchsticks and stone textured wallpaper from ebay, you might find examples on facebook too

yet another building started, this time the Journeys End Inn and Tavern, located
on market square where you can find a pint of Bugmans just as easily as the local
loanshark !, also plenty of rooms upstairs for rent, located in Averheim, just gt to put the bar in and tables and chairs

Great looking inn. Can't wait to see it painted, the furniture added, and the drinking area full of ne'er-do-well denizens.
