Thank you.

How much would armour have changed from the  13th to 14th Century?

If you look at Western European armour there were a lot of technological as well as cosmetic changes.

After the Mongol invasion, Russia lost the vast majority of the military elite and gunsmiths, driven into the Horde. Most likely there was some stagnation.

Rather there are some gaps in education I have 8)
In the picture below 3 and 4 kit armour belong to 14 century:

And several examples of armor for the 14th century:

But for a wargame, there is no big difference what to use miniatures, they still produce very little 8)

It would be great if a company produced 14th C Russians/Eastern Europeans etc etc in 28mm. I guess we can just hope that this someday becomes a reality.

I will supplement the selection if you do not mind:

Many Russian principalities had characteristic images on their shields. From left to right: Galich (Western Russia, now Western Ukraine), Kiev, Pskov (Northern Russia), Suzdal (Eastern Russia - near modern Moscow).

Shield with Smolensk Griffin

A variant of Christian symbolism

All images date back to the 14th century.
And a few reconstructions of Russian warriors for this period:

Beginning of the 14th century

Reconstruction of Russian warriors who participated in the Battle of Kulikovo in 1380:

Team group (Grand Duke, high boyars and musicians)

Horse Vityaz (Knights)

Foots warriors
