Always a pleasure to see your work Alex! :-*

Question for you...  Can you tell us a little about your Away-From-Your-Normal-Painting-Bench work kit?
What did you take with you to Russia so you can paint miniatures?  How long will you be in Russia?

I enjoyed the photographs of your work bench you had posted earlier...

thanks for the kind comments!

my painting desk/kit in Russia, the newest pic, here is all the stuff that I took with me, paints, racks, brushes and minis

I love these paint racks from Miniaturicum, easy to transport and to build.

How long? No idea. It will continue for at least one year. Maybe longer. We will see.

Hey Prof, you need a couple pictures on the walls to brighten up the place!

BTW, I've lived through worse situations (life on-board ships), you get used to it.

And it would appear you have adapted nicely...

I've got some pictures but no drill to hang them up. One day, for sure.

I'd say, I got used to it in the meantime.

Very nice figures  :-*
great colours on the skin.
One question though, not to be rude or anything (you can tell by thet statement I am going to be) but have you got a drink problem.  ;)
What’s with all the bottle caps, what do you use them for? I noticed them on someone else’s workbench on another thread as well, is this some expert painters secret trick ???

No secret. I use them to mix paints.

some things you only discover on second sight

for example, the yellow/blue  yellow/green accessoires together with the slight reddish touch of the skin
very good sense of colour balance....
impressing

It´s no child, it´s a hobbit in disguise who fancies to grab human brests...

 :D ;D

actually a picture from "Sam Gamdjie's secret diary: My travels in Very Far Harad"

page 322:
"Boy, and there was this woman, a real ######! Her ##### reminded me of the ripe melons at home. When the chief found out she was pregnant, I had to run away at night, 'cause he wanted me to marry her. I am sometimes asking myself: how much does the child come after his father? I never met him or her though..."
