I've got the Lead Adventure set with some of the main characters in battle gear and always wanted to do game this in a slightly gas-punk way, like some recent videogames did (neither of which I've played) and the visually quite impressive Disney-Burton movie.

I guess it depends on how gritty you want it, but I could also imagine it as a more fun-oriented chase game, with the card soldiers pursuing Alice around a course. Or maybe a game of croquet based on Bloodbowl rules.

I had no idea there were established games out there, although I knew there were some darker takes on Alice Lidell in spin off comics and such. My daughter will probably want it more fun oriented. The croquet idea is a good one thanks. I will take a look at the Lead Adventure figures.

Hassle free miniatures do an Alice holding the Cheshire Cat.  I used one for a character in my western town game.

Knight models do a cool looking Mad Hatter

And a queen of hearts From White Knight

I have not, though I enjoyed the dark version of American McGee's ALICE the old PC game.  They also did a beautiful/slick version of the Chesire Cat (which became a pretty common tattoo if I remember correctly).  It was a bit of a first person game, so I don't know how it could translate to the tabletop.

It is possible to wargame Alice, but it is no tea party.

I am surprised you haven't modified FFofL.
Play a six & ... the Cheshire cat appears/disappears. etc.

I saw a Hordes of the Things army for Alice some years ago. I think it was one of Alan Saunders works.
I'm not a mercenary. Killing's more of a hobby for me.

The closest I've gotten is to convert a a gang of characters fitting the Necromunda setting. Still planning to add the grinning cat and the three tea party enthusiasts at some stage; perhaps more later. Haven't even used these for a game yet, but the Venator rules allow for more or less any combination of different statlines and weapons, so I'm sure there's a way to make them work.
Anywho, probably not quite what you were after...

Go dark....

And, this guy has done it.  The card soldiers would be fun to make!

I think there was a Frothers charity Alice competition a while back - Hasslefree have the figures.
