Best acrylic white paint?

Some days ago I read someone stating that he had been able to paint some robotech minis white over a black primer with just two layers of Citadel white paint. Last time I used a citadel white as a primer I couldn't get the damned colour after 11 layers... so which acrylic white paint do you consider is the best one around?

Your best option is a heavy body acrylic titanium white, like Golden or Schminke, thinned with white ink, like FW Daler Rowney

If you're wanting to paint white over a black base I'd suggest painting a mid to light grey coat first then the white on top of that.

Artist's Titanium white from Liquitex, Windsor & Newton, Golden or the like.

Privateer Press white will cover black in two coats.
I have also had good luck with Army Painter white on my current Retro Raygun models.
