Great Cthulhu from Crooked Dice
« on: December 20, 2019, 03:02:43 PM »
It's getting to look a lot like Cthulhumas... so here is preview of this new sculpt from Andrew May. Cast in resin and standing about 90mm high to the top of the head - plus wings! Hope to have this available by Salute next year.

I’m new to Lovecraft and I’ve always wondered ... why the useless underdeveloped wings?

It depends what it is pushing against - plus the shape is mutable.

Maybe he's related to the Tyrannosaurus?

Can honestly say one of the nicest Cthulhu miniatures I've ever seen, and I have most of them. Without a doubt cannot wait to add him to my collection. Many thanks to you for adding all these nice Mythos models to your catalogue.
We haul ours to kick theirs.

You tell him they are useless  >:D
They are not useless for flying through space or navigating non-human geometries.

Lol.  Can you flap wings in space and get any results (other than get tired)?  :)

Depends if it is Euclidian or non Euclidian space.
