Concern about the age of the moulds and resulting poor quality casting is what has put me off ordering Hoka Hey.  Hobby time is too limited and precious to spend it filing off excessive amounts of flash.  A real shame, as the Hoka Hey sculpts have wonderful character.  So I make do with the old Foundry Swashbucklers, Eureka Portuguese,  and Galloping Major border reivers.

The moulds are OK, there's no flash. It's the casting skill that's lacking. Oh well, I've bought all I want to from the Hoka Hey ranges so I can move on to other things.

A very characterful lot.  Do you plan on doing after-action reports ?

Since I haven't written the adventure we're playing I'm not going to post many (if any) pictures of our sessions. But, if we expand into a skirmish game, then I'll be posting full reports.

Here's this week's stuff.
The video:

Zealots

The chap in the centre is a new addition to this older set.

Skeletons (and a size comparison).

Rabbits and their root god- not part of this project at all.

Nice to see those old Citadel lads -  I bought them to use as Landsknechts too.  (And the old metal Pistoleers make excellent Schwarz Reiters).
