Despite a valiant effort by the brave Mexicans, the Americans managed to just hold the line long enough to blunt the attacks to a standstill.





Osprey's Rebels and Patriots is an excellent large skirmish rule-set for this period.

I have a question, though.  Wheredja get that monastery?  My wargame buds and I are putting together a scenario/game based on The US Marines attacking the Bashir's palace in The Wind and the Lion, and that monastery might work for the palace...
