Bolt Action Korean War - Any One Gaming It?
« on: January 21, 2020, 10:29:29 PM »
Putting aside any complaints about figure sizes etc, now it has been out a while, has any one painted up some forces and had any games?

I notice Northstar have the Bolt Action Korean War supplement on at half price quite a lot so I am guessing it is not selling well, despite being excellent value. So not popular?

I was considering it but the pictures I saw of the figures (especially size comparison) put me off.

Started on some discounted norks (pretty annoying to have to replace the SKS' with plastic mosins), but going to wait for if/when they do some ROKs which would also work as a decent alternative for early ARVN/ANV if they don't do something stupid like giving them M14's.

No... although tempted by some of the vehicles for my stalled Atomic Cafe 1957 project. Maybe some of the chinese too...
