Foundrys Small Wars and Skirmishes 1902-1918 by Edwin Herbert is the one you are after I believe. It's out of print.

Several months back I phoned Foundry regarding the book 'Armies of the Nineteenth Century: East Africa. It was, and still is out of print. Although no longer avaliable on their site, I wanted to know if there was a chance they would be re-printing it in the future, turned out they said they still had a couple of copies, and so I was able to get my hands on one. Might be worth giving them a ring, slim chance but you might get lucky like me, you've nothing to lose.

Thanks everyone, it was driving me nuts trying to find the title of that book. Svennn, I could never take your copy even at the dirt cheep rate of $500.00  lol thanks for the offer tho ;) Don't know why Foundry lets them go out of print.
