Trouble sending PM

I've been trying to send a PM to a member & I keep getting the following:

'One or more 'to'-recipients could not be found.'

Whether I reply to a PM or go to his profile & reply direct?

Is any one else having problems?

Just tried a test PM to another member & that went through fine, it must be a problem with how his name is configured  :?
