The Pikeman’s Lament, QRS?

Um, I should know this, seeing as several pics of my figures are used in the book 

But is there a quick reference sheet for the rules of The Pikeman’s Lament available anywhere? The rule book includes company roster sheets for copying, but not, as far as I can see, a QRS.
I’m about to have a crack at a game using the rules, and short and simple as they seem compared to a lot of excessively complicated and longwinded wargames rules, it’s still a bit of a chore to have to keep thumbing back through the rulebook during the game.

So just wondered...

Over on the Osprey publishing site,if you choose Osprey wargames on the home page it'll open up a resources link in the bottom left hand column,right at the bottom of the list,open it and choose Pikemans Lament and it has a Qrs and roster sheets to download
