What sort of look are you after?  Inuit (or Eskimo), Yukon gold rush explorer, Arctic or Antarctic explorer (like Amundsen)?

Pulp Figures has a few figures who could fill in as mushers for your sled:
Courageous Mountaineers https://pulpfigures.com/products/view/33

One of the Mad Trappers, if you remove the firearm: https://pulpfigures.com/products/view/188

Or a Northland Adventurer: https://pulpfigures.com/products/view/15

One of the Tiger Miniatures Mounties or Trappers might suit:  http://www.tigerminiatures.co.uk/page8.htm
