Building dugout boats (quick and easy conversion) for Pulp Adventures

Hi all

I have had this plan in my back pocket for quite some time, finally got around to testing it out this week.
Started with a cheap toy kayak, found at a dollar store (and still available). One oversize kayak has yielded two dugout boats for any of my pulp native groups, or European explorers.
