Before the Necron, before the Terminator, before even the Droids there were 'Tinmen'. No one was sure if Professor Nitpicks inventions were powered by mechanics or magic, but only the bravest would stand fast against them!

Last weekend I painted up a unit of 'Tinmen'. This was the first unit of allies that I had painted. These can be fielded in any army (Winkie, Gilikin, Munchkin or Quadling)>

Those look great, Chris!

Last Saturday we played another long distance game, this time using Discord.  Buck Surdu acted as Gamemaster, and fellow demo team member Greg Priebe and I were the players.  We did the Attack/Defend scenario from the rulebook, pitting a Winkie-Gilliken alliance force, commanded by Greg, against my Quadlings.  It was an exciting see-saw battle!

Check out the report here: http://onemoregamingproject.blogspot.com/2020/04/a-discord-wars-of-ozz-battle-report.html

Hi Chris, that looks like another fantastic game. I'm really excited about my first game this weekend with you guys over Discord!

The other unit that I painted up last weekend was some Gilikin Cavalry mounted on giant goats.

Very interesting. What size are the pumpkin heads?

The giant pumpkin heads are huge. They weigh 126 g each - a 28mm figure weighs about 25g for comparison.

Here's a shot of one with a ruler and a  28mm Perry War of the Roses figure.

I'm painting a Quadling Light & Medium Artillery Battery this weekend, so hopefully will have some photos to share next week.
These and the Gilikin Artillery that I am also working on will give me enough units for a 25 points per side game, and Buck has recently added some solo rules to provide semi-intelligent opposition, so I'm looking forward to being able to add some battle reports soon as well.
