Today, I got some actual recruits for my army... casts for the army :



There were other casts in there for converting for the project... but I just wanted to show off the troops that are going in my army (just for a change ).

I love your work, sir. Enough so that I've been signing up for the Kickstarters, and a small army is starting to take shape, but then I'm a Squats fan from back in the day and annoyed Gdubs won't bring them back even though they resurrected the Genestealer Cults. I love the dwarf with the dog, and when he comes out I'll just have to snap him up, he has so much character. I'm looking forward to having the newest Kickstarter fulfill, and await the next one as I will sign up for it as well.

Thank you for the nice words . The Captain with the dog is my favourite sculpt so I've really glad you have been so taken with it . I hope that you show painted versions on the forum when you have some to share, I always love seeing what other people can make of my sculpts .

Once I have repaired the feet, they'll be packed up and sent off for casting... THEN... I guess I need to continue painting them all .

I've had the latest batch of casts back now :



They've been washed, cleaned-up and based but I just have a few bits to repair and the barrels to drill before I can paint them .

Also, I've sent of the last batch of minis for casting so they'll be sorted soon .

I love the old school look of these guys, very much Bob Olley, whose work I also love. When will these guys get Kickstartered, so I can start squirrelling back funds to add them on to my army?
