I love the old school look of these guys, very much Bob Olley, whose work I also love. When will these guys get Kickstartered, so I can start squirrelling back funds to add them on to my army?

I'm glad you like them :) .

I am not in the loop with the production side of things so I have no idea when the full range will be available in a Kickstarter or in the shop. Sorry :( .

Man, I love the stuff you're putting out. I wish I had a need for them.
We all as gamers know that a "need " is not needed to buy minis.

It's been quiet here... mostly because I've done very little sculpting recently... so in a bid to change things, I decided to have a bit of fun and convert a miniature... and it's going well (converted and partly painted) but I want to keep it secret until it's finished.

However, while I was converting the "secret" miniature, I ended up with some extra putty and decided to make a stand in for ME in the army. This will count as an Astra Militarum Advisor (Air Force) :) :

That's great.  The world needs more aeronautical Squats, although the Kharadron Overlords do help fill the niche a bit.

So when are you doing a full Overlord airship crew?  :)

Cheers :) .

No blimp crew... I don't see blimps in a sci-fi 'Grim-Dark' setting... sorry :( .

In the meantime, here's just a bit of fun :) :

I've decided to add this vehicle to the work-bench again... it's going to be one of the transports for the 'new' Squat army :) :

Counts as a Storm Lord.

Where did you get the big tracks?

The tracks are from a Tamiya 1/35th scale Panther tank. I've used the lower hull and wheels/tracks but have widened it and packed it out with plasticard... here's the best image I can find:

The tank kit was less than £15.00 so it wasn't too expensive (especially for a super heavy tank :) ).

The last of the sculpts have arrived and they have been cleaned, based and primed :) . As a result, here's the whole company, ready for organising into units and then painting :) :

It's taken a long time but I've finally got the army together :) .
