Hello again all,
A bit of ( heretic some might say ) conversion.
Converted 1/76th scale scimitar/scorpion to 15mm scifi by sawing hull in half length wise & adding plastic card .. added wider flat cable tracks as the original were too narrow.
see for yourselves.

Nice, especially the stowage.

Not quite so sure about the "ruff" under the turret.

WM - I only had one kit but that's a thought... I'll see if I can find more...

UVS - I use those pieces of pvc "ruffs " to give the illusion of a bigger vehicle. When I put a mini next to a vehicle I want to be able to say that it/she/him can go into it without feeling like a sardine...

I should have a Matchbox one somewhere.

I am building the kits I had stashed years ago.
Some of them bought around 30 years ago !!!!
I found one a Hanomag Sdkfz 251 priced at 50c ...... how time flies & how times change

Sometime ago I had a Matchbox one as a grav tank.

I am trying to remember what the base was (I think the Comet had a shell crater).

Added more vehicles to my tracked force...

An Airfix Halftrack & a heavily modified Bren carrier. The anti tank gun is converted from the same kit. The air burst cannon / hy mortar is scratchbuilt suing the Sheridan' gun.
