My rangers needed to get out of the Shadow Deep so I wrote a scenario for them. I wrote it so that it would tie up the loose ends left by The Last Stand scenario. I had one character badly hurt and the opportunity to take up a couple of new ones. The scenario was loosely based on the Guarded Bridge scenario from the rule book... Only harder.

There's is a full writewith a load of photos up on the blog at: https://hwyllarosd.blogspot.com/2020/04/mission-3-retreat-from-shadow-deep.html

Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

Thanks guys. I'll be getting back to RoSD soon. I've been concentrating on another project for the past month or so but it's almost done.

Thanks guys. I got a bit lost after finishing the original campaign and I've been meaning to get back. I'll be starting up the character again soon.

It's has taken me a while but I'm getting back to RoSD. I've been prevaricating for some time as to where I want to go with this game. I wasn't sure if I wanted to start a new character or keep going with the same party... What mission should I do next?

In the end I decided to keep it simple: Same characters and I'll do Burning Light because it's all in the deluxe rule book.

So Hwyll the Elfin Ranger and his band of trusty companions have returned to the Shadow Deep solve the mystery of St Emelia's Convent and to retrieve the Decanter of Burning Light!

There's a full write up with loads of pics on my blog at: https://hwyllarosd.blogspot.com/2021/01/return-to-shadow-deep-burning-light.html

Game two of the Burning Light campaign. I chose to go with scenario C - The Courtyard. The table for this one is fairly bare and not really interesting. I made a fountain for the centerpiece but other than that it the table is a bit dull. I might have to break out the Frostgrave terrain for the next scenario (or at least find something more interesting.)
