Converting WHFB 6th units into Oldhammer (3rd)?

Thanks to Menelduir's imminent play by email fantasy campaign, I have been learning about WHFB 3rd edition, which I have never before used. I would like to use units from 6th edition in 3rd edition terms, specifically from a Lizardman Southlands list. How might they be rendered into WHFB 3rd terms? Are there any resources on back transformations from 6th to 3rd? Thanks!
