Some new units recently completed for the collection. These were half done for ages so have finished them off . Just need standards for the Marines which could also be painted as Confederate Marines.. The Marine figures could also be used as regulars for both sides in Frock coat.
Once again all figures by 1st Corps.
This brings the collection to 10 Regts of infantry, 2 batteries of guns and 1 Regt of cavalry per side..

They definitely have a certain look.
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Excellent additions.

Can't make up my mind if I should do ACW or Sudan as my last major 'horse and musket' period. I was leaning towards the Sudan, because it kills two birds with one stone (H&M and Colonial), but now I'm confused again. Thanks o_o ;D o_o

Finally after probably 4 years i've finished the 79th New York Volunteers. These were started before i admitted i needed glasses. Couldn't face the chequered cap and kilts back then. Amazing how much easier when you can see the end of the brush.  lol

Now that is an interesting unit, I assume they are early civil war?
