I think it'll be a long wait at this point but I'm sure it will be worth it.

Will the battle beasts be playable without a rider?  Ie. a wolf companion?

I've just heard that my mini-campaign book for Sellswords and Spellslingers, LAST STAND AT MISTHAM, is now due for publication before the end of summer!

Great news!  I was pleased to see on your blog that Ganesha Games might look at more scenario books.
I still think Sellswords is a far better solo/coop game than Rangers but has been let down by having few scenarios and the ones that come with the rules are a bit  meh.  All the best for the book.  I will certainly be buying a copy.
