Lots of different yet great skin tones on the last few entries.   Fantastic variety in this club.

Lovely work in this thread - a real pleasure to browse. So here, in a spirit of solidarity rather than emulation, is something from me (also a good excuse to paint a figure I've had for a while).

#102, Nightfolk sentinel (from Northumbrian Tin Soldier):

Hobgoblin: What a bizarre, angry-looking... um... thing! I love it!  :)

Severian: Cool! He reminds me of something out of Labyrinth. I loved all those weird little goblin-things in that film.

Oh I like that....excellent paint job and a mini I’ve not seen before.

Pardon my ignorance, but is it metal/plastic...part of a set etc?

I can see that being used for settings other than LOTR

Cheers.
He's metal and I think from some of the earlier releases (around 'Two Towers' film). I seem to have a few variations based on this pose too so looks like he was used as a dolly for several Orc captains.
