Ranger Guts gets some new companions
« on: April 07, 2022, 10:18:45 AM »
Finally after 2 years me and my mate will continue our saga in Rangers of Shadow Deep. We finished the quest from the main book and now will continue with the expansions. To celebrate gaming again I wanted to start with a new group of companions. And fortunately another mate finished printing some fantastic miniatures from 'Bestiarum miniatures'. These 3D miniatures made my Soulsborne blood flow faster and I really wanted to paint them. So I took three of them to act as Man at Arms, Guardsman and Conjuror and painted them in typical Dark Souls colours. Lots of fun to do, although they took some time with all the detail on them. But I can't wait to see them in action next Friday when we will face off against the minions of the Shadow Deep again.

I like the Grimdark style of the miniatures and your paint job is nice and fits the minis. ......but ....I can't like that girder pretending to be a sword or the oversized axe I like my minis to have weapons they look like they could actually swing.....

That's Berserk for you :). And I love these rediculous oversized weapons...probably because of my love of Berserk, Soulsborne and Monster Hunter games.

amazing prints - at least, your fantastic paint-jobs make them look so.
