I do like robots, android and two-legged combat walker whether manned or AI. I have aways liked the idea of a companion Combat Robot/Android teamed up with a human soldier. As in the Hunter II and Exterminator series in Eerie magazine.

Just remember "If the Enemy is in range, so are YOU!

Thanks for the info WM had to look Eerie up as I had never seen it before .... I'm more of the Epic magazine fan. Looks quite good. Do you know which issue that is?

Yes definitely Dan. You should look up the superb Titanfall pc game. I tried it but it's too fast for me to play  :( ... must be getting old  ;) & rusty.

I have done several posts along those lines. Just search for Mechs/mecha on my blog.

Love the bases on the last set of mechs. That is a different look from just rubble and dirt. I think it works well.

Love the white mech with the Stahlhelm. I'd name him Colonel Clink! lol

This is issue #73. There are earlier issues of Hunter II and Exterminator. They both had their own separate stories before linking up with each other then there was a few more issues of them working together.

Eerie published a complete story issue of Hunter https://readcomiconline.li/Comic/Eerie-Presents-Hunter/TPB-Part-1?id=143935

Enjoy reading.

Or Kolonel Klunk  :D

Thank you WM,
I will be posting more mech pics soon.... and thanks for the link...
. I was more into Epic, Warlord, Action , 2000AD & Battle .... and before that Buster, Beezer & Topper, Dandy , Beano & loads of other British weeklies or monthly. American publications were much scarcer where I grew up.

Awesome cover art.  I wonder what other Sci Fi or Fantasy that artist has done.

The artist is Ken Kelly, whose aunt's maiden name is Eleanor Kelly who married Frank Frazetta. Ken Kelly just passed away back on the 3rd of this month.

I used to be a great fan back in the day of Creepy, Eerie, Vamparella, Conan, Creep Show, Tales from the Crypt and Heavy Metal. I used to have a very large collection of each title a large collection.
When I join the military, I packed a lot of it all of that away in boxes to save, I had a lot more collectables as well too many to list. However, My mother never said anything about it or asked me if I still wanted all of my boxes or what, before her and my stepfather went rifling through them all and sold most everything for under a dollar for each item and tossed the rest. I manage to save one board game, Tactic II that my dad had given me, my Stepfather had it marked for a dollar. My mom saved it for she know my dad had given it to me. I had fleets of Monday Knights ships stepfather gave them to a friend of his who melted them down for his muzzle loader! Yeah it all still a sore spot over 40 years later.

Enough of that let the games play!!

I am hinting to the wife about this book for Father's Day.

A good addition would be Exterminator One, half man half robot actually he is more robot than Human

Exterminator One is the guy in the back with legs and the guy with track is.........Exterminator Two! Wow how one's imagination really works  lol lol lol
