Operation Sealion 20mm German Landing "stuff"
« on: June 01, 2020, 03:30:51 PM »
Having been locked down because of COVID19, I've had more time to think about my gaming and a blog I created many years ago but never really used.

I've started posted some pictures of my attempts at producing some landing equipment for an Operation Sealion game which was played in 2019  Please bear in mind that I'm a gamer, not a modeller or a painter; near enough is close enough!

I'm upgrading and adding to our collection of toys for a re-fight (date yet to be decided on) so there may be additional posts.

It was something we had all wanted to do, and with a lot of research (I'm looking at you Bob! ;)) we pulled it off.  The general feeling was that the game itself need a little refining and a few stand in models replaced by the real thing.  We hope to refight it in a new and improved version.
