Why is it yer 15mm 'munchkins' look far better that my 28mm proper toy sowjers?

Ha ha, I'll take that as a compliment! Thank you, all I do is block colour the figures then wash them with Agrax Earthshade. The only highlighting I do is repainting the flesh highlights with the original colour. It's all the work of the Agrax TBH.

Block painting then wash works for me though I use AP Strongtone.
