All at Sea - HMS Revenge
« on: October 03, 2020, 09:27:29 AM »
The paint was barely dry on HMS Revenge when she participated in her first and last fleet action of the age of sail.

Of course that fleet action was the pivotal battle of the era and at Trafalgar, like her Elizabethan predecessor at the Battle of Flores in 1591, she found herself in the thick of the fighting but still able to offer succour and rescue to the enemy at the close of battle.

Really seaworthy vessel!  :-*
