An old Arab outpost, on the reever (that is, when I finish da reever).  Now home to the various bad guys on my table (slavers).

Pay no attention to the primitive rock base.

That was the old ways.  I have new method of cast rock faces that im perfecting for Sgt Guinness, and this base will be looking great soon.

If I had to take a guess. the foam was treated with warm water and wrapped around some sort of cardboard tube? (A total guess!  )
