1/200 Scratchbuilt Dauntless light cruiser UPDATED

      A friend of mine has asked me to build him a light cruiser in 1/200 to go with his Blood Red Skies game. Against my better judgement I am giving it a try.  Foam core with a paper shell attached over it. Great model, with a minimum of material. I don't game at that scale (or period) but your techniques are spot on for this type of model. I love how you made the searchlights and the floats. Clever improvisation!

I got bored waiting for the gun mounts to be delivered, so I made my own out of balsa and wire, not exactly detailed but it looks better than empty deck
