Breitbart was a twenties and thirties strongman He may have been the actual inspiration for the comic Superman, Polish/Jew, toured the USA. He died before WWII but his younger brothers were in the Polish resistance.

After a long hiatus we decided to do another Second American Civil War scenario at our local gaming hangout. This one was a bank robbery scenario pitting the unlikely allies of the Blu Klux Klan and the Morslems against the Sacramento PD and a group of angry bank customers (i.e. - the mob). The BKK gained early access to the bank and stole $300 by wiping out a group of drunk bank guards but were unable make their escape before the police and the mob showed up to contest their unauthorized withdrawal. The Morslems managed to hold off the mob but the police were able to block the escape route for the BKK and shot them up pretty badly. Finally the Grand Kleegle resorted to escaping down an alley with the few followers she had left and this ended the game. Unfortunately the Kleegle was unable to enjoy her loot since she and her paramour (another scumbag) killed each other with poisoned Champaigne while celebrating the heist - a fitting ending.

KD-47....I realize this street perhaps looks like other streets seen in these postings. Some building types exist in many different areas of Sacramento. A certain lack of originality on the city planning commission.

Recently we put on the latest game in our ongoing ACWII campaign - Kill the Mahdi! This game developed out of the fact that in three previous attempts to eliminate the Mahdi of the Morslems he managed to slip away unscathed and I felt it was time for a 4th attempt. This attempt involved a very unlikely coalition consisting of the Berkeley Union of Fascists, The Temperence League, the Polish Ukrainian Legion and a force of armed real estate agents. Given the limited forces guarding the Mahdi the game lasted longer than it should have but uncertainty as to what they were facing and (unfounded) rumors of possible Bolshevik reinforcements for the Morslems caused the allies some hesitancy in their initial attacks. Finally the BUF rashly advanced against the compound but were thrown back after eliminating a unit of foreign volunteers and this started a general advance that finally broke into the compound which was the signal for the Mahdi to flee in his armored limousine. Unfortunately, the Mahdi was surrounded and gunned down like the dog that he is. Or was he? After all, the Mahdi is known to have numerous body doubles! Only time will tell.
