Yup…need to keep eye out for wheelbarrows (just not laser cut wooden ones!)

I have 3.  Two from the Miniature Building Authority (each came in a set with a woodpile and an outhouse), and one from a WizKids terrain set - all pre-painted.  Actually, those WizKids sets are pretty darn useful - I have a couple of them...

Painted.  A little final wash on the chickens I think, but I’m quite chuffed with this simple piece.

Thanks chaps.   A few more pics including the removable roof for ease of figure placement.

Another outstanding addition. Your terrain collection must be pretty substantial by now.

Digits, Just stumbled in on your thread because I am doing up a 15mm CoC army and all I can say is wow.  Very nice models, terrain and game reports.  Well impressed all around.

Glad you dropped by mate.   The beauty of CoC I feel, is you don’t have to concentrate on too many miniatures / AFV’s tbh, therefore leaving a lot of room for the scenery and giving you time to indulge.  I’m not the greatest painter, sure I can turn out good enough tabletop standard little men, and I’ve stumbled upon a scheme for my buildings that suits me.   I don’t like painting tanks…but Jamie does 😉. But I do like collecting good looking buildings.  I prefer them in cast resin, but there are few making them.   I have found a limited range of printed buildings that allow me to add a little plasterwork and elevate them slightly, and I quite like scratching simple structures like the one above.  Whatever floats your boat, give it everything….good luck with your 15mm!

Ash, you are probably right…but there is always room for a few more!

This printed barn arrived today.  It’s printed in two halves….but a couple of lolly stick braces popped behind the walls has sorted that.   Next up, plaster work.  This one may well get a little wisteria growing up it.

Next to it, a medieval (thereby timeless) open fronted barn from Grand Manner.   It’s a little bit small..but I’m going with medieval people were small so suits my table!  Anyway, just started with an undercoat and the first roof coat.

Can’t re bear where I got the walls…..I’ve had them a while.   They will get painted and will allow for various farm yard enclosure configurations.

Happy with the chicken coup, I think I’m going to knock up a few rabbit hutches as well.

Thanks Bob!

So, probably the smallest structure I’ve built!

Nice and simple….going to do a couple of these rabbit hutches.  Easy detail to pop alongside a wall, easy to make.

Edit:

There you go, two hutches.

Very nice.  What are you using for your chicken wire?
