Replacement Tops for Vallejo Dropper Bottles

Does anyone know of a UK source for replacement tops for Vallejo dropper bottles?  I can find replacement bottles with tops but not tops on their own.

I have a number of old white tops that have perished and if I tighten them they will disintegrate.  I reuse tops from empty bottles but still need more.

I have quite a lot of Vallejo paints and I have only known this happen once. Can anyone explain why? Are you keeping the bottles in a hot/cold environment?

A link to the empty bottles would be much appreciated as some might be handy. I have never thought to look for any.

The paints are stored on my South facing desk.  The perished one's are very old.  Probably 5 to 10 years old.
