TARDIS Figure Case
« on: August 15, 2009, 07:36:56 PM »

I was in a discount stores today and found the
Dr Who Micro Universe Tardis Collectors Case at £2-99

The case holds 32 figures and is shaped liked the Tardis. It opens up like a book; each side is 2inches deep and about 11 inches tall. Inside each 1/2 of the Tardis are 5 shelves which each hold 3 figures and another at the top that holds one. Figures slot in between a pair of grooves which hold the figure in place. The grooves fit and hold the modern 11/4 inch slotta bases which are becoming more popular now with figure manufacturers.
I put in twenty West wind Soviet Zombies and shook them around, none came free.
Thought i'd share with the Forum

Sounds like just the thing to hold my slowly expanding Dalek army!  :-*

Which discount store was it, major nationwide chain perchance?

Out of interest - where is your local disacount store ?
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

Playing UNIT I expect you'd need two or three to hold all your 'Dalek Blaster' fodder!  :D
