M202A1 FLASH
« on: October 06, 2020, 11:26:45 AM »
I'm looking for a manufacturer that may produce a bit or figure with the M202 FLASH launcher https://military.wikia.org/wiki/M202_FLASH, at 28mm scale (or, given the lack of success I've had, any scale!). I've been through all the manufacturers I could find and those referenced in the Cold War Reference Repository https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?board=97.0, and have come up blank.

Thanks for looking!

I have never seen one of those, but it looks like you could scratch build one.

Glue together four thin brass tubes and wrap the end with a strip of paper.
Use some Milliput to fill in the gaps.

Take a figure with a LAW or a Bazooka and replace the weapon with the new one.

Exactly, it’s a piece of plastic rod with four bits of plastic tubing sticking out the back. Empress have a marine firing an M72 in their Vietnam range and Eureka have a US Army figure in a MOPP suit doing the same. Both would make suitable figures to convert.

If you have one, it didn't come up in a search of your site.

Failing that, I'll scratch-build one.
