The killing power of modern weapons was amply demonstrated as smoke and burning hulks littered the fields and meadows. Russian honour was amply restored by the stand of their Infantry in the bombed out farm buildings. Shrugging off missile, shot and shell they broke the BAOR's assault!
Colonel Harry realised it was time for decisive action, his tank powered forward to blast Ivan at point blank range. Sadly, this enormous strain on the tank's power pack was too much and the engine conked out, Harry's Chieftain slid helplessly down the river bank... and out of the fight.

Using the smoke from burning hulks for cover the Battlegroup's Infantry work their way across the river and close on the enemy held farmhouse. A savage CQB wipes out the enemy and as the smoke clears the firing stops. The surviving British Infantry drag a bedraggled CO and his crew from the river...

"Who won Sergeant?"

"We did Colonel!"
