In the Menagerie scenario you can get some tiger or lion cubs that can grow into full size animal companions of that species.

I have some snow leopard cubs (my daughter wanted to use them as animal familiars in Frostgrave) that can grow into a snow leopard.

Lion Profile Mv 8 Fight +3 Will +2  with attributes Acrobatics +3 Climb +5 Stealth +3 Track +3
Tiger Profile Mv 6 Fight +4 Will +1 with attributes Acrobatics +2 Stealth +3 Strong, Swim +5

The question is should I use the profile of the lion or the tiger for the snow leopard?

Why would you not just use the snow leopard stats from the FG rulebook?
As for attributes I would give him the lion ones. Snow leopards are amazing climbers and also pure stealth masters.

Are there some good miniatures for tiger/lion/leopard cubs?

Turnkey miniatures makes lots of animals.  They have lion cubs, which is what I bought and painted as Snow Leopard cubs.  They painted up nicely and they actually look nice.  I will try to post pictures of the cubs this weekend.
